KINCAID FRANK EUGENE Frank Eugene Kincaid, age 69, of Yankton, SD passed away Friday, March 18, 2016 at Avera Sacred Heart Hospital, Yankton, SD. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at the Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Chapel, Yankton, SD with Rev. Larry Regynski officiating. Burial to follow with Military graveside rites by the Ernest-Bowyer VFW Post # 791 Honor Guard and the SDARNGHG. Visitations will be 5 to 6:30 PM, Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at the Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home & Crematory, Yankton, SD with a Scripture service at 6:30 PM. Visitations will resume one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. On-line condolences may be sent at: www.opsahl-kostelfuneralhome.com.
