Obituary of Lois Ruth Streyle

STREYLE LOIS

Lois R. Streyle, age 69 of Yankton, SD passed away early Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Avera McKennan Hospital, Sioux Falls, SD.  Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, May18, 2023 at Riverview Reformed Church, Yankton, SD with Rev. Lois was born May 8, 1954, to Alvin and Lora (Fuerst) Streyle. She was baptized and confirmed at Zion Reformed Church in rural Menno. Lois was on the home place until her dad’s passing. She then moved to Yankton to ABS and to an apartment. Lois worked for HyVee for about 25 years. She liked to volunteer and enjoyed flowers and bowling.

Lois is survived by two brothers, Maynard and Roland; three sisters, Marcella, Kathleen, and Betty; and her nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Alvin and Lora Streyle, one brother Marvin, brother-in-law Loren, her grandparents, aunts and uncles.
